Catering Server- Part Time, $16.25/Hour + Gratuities

Responsible for greeting guests and creating an exceptional guest experience during banquet events. May take food orders and deliver items to guests in a timely manner. Perform various drink making techniques which include shaking, stirring, blending and layering. Ability to hold extensive conversations with guests, providing exemplary service.

**Responsibilities :**

+ Must be comfortable working in a banquet environment
+ Ability to work with bar/restaurant equipment including, but not limited to coffee brewers, soda guns, oval trays, glassware and etc.
+ Must be comfortable working with bar supplies including small trays, glassware, food garnishes, etc.
+ Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar following standard recipes
+ Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
+ May clean, polish and set up bars with tables, linen, glassware, and napkins
