Opportunity Description
Oversee day-to-day catering operations Plan and execute catering events of all sizes Develop and manage menus in collaboration with chefs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Coordinate logistics for transportation and setup of catering services Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed Handle client inquiries and tailor services to meet specific needs Monitor financial performance to ensure budget adherence Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers Supervise food preparation and presentation Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Conduct regular staff meetings to relay important updates and feedback
