CCMDD LPB Assistant OP

An opportunity has become available for an experienced LPB Assistant to join our CCMDD OP in Medipost pharmacy Gezina

Primary purpose of the job

• To ensure accurate capturing of chronic medication prescriptions in line with CCMDD guidelines and clinical protocols.
• Identify any drug interactions or contraindications when capturing the prescription.
• To accurately review a prescription in terms of Clinical and Technical guidelines and send to be rejected when necessary.
• Adherence to good housekeeping practises.
• Investigation and accurate reporting of dispensing errors.
• System monitoring, quality of work evaluation, timeous escalation of possible problematic areas.
• Time & attendance management according to Company Policies.
• Understanding of the CCMDD SLA Penalty Matrix.
