Responsibilities

1. Monitor security CCTV in each workstation as per post requirements, following protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities, ensuring proper electronic surveillance is in range, proper communication with the security team, and performing as per CCTV operator certified norms and skills. Ensure proper understanding of all compliance in responding to all security levels based on the location, emergency reports and response for effective ERT mobilization with updates to LINE Manager as per standard practice and the Emergency Communication Chart.
2. Electronic Surveillance Documenting: Recording information, investigation, cause report. Maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with regulations set up by the Department of Protective Systems (DPS) and ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times.
