CDC Director w/CYP oversight (Medium)

Summary The purpose of the Child Development Center (CDC) Director with Oversight position is twofold: (1) to administer a developmentally appropriate child development program for children of eligible patrons; and (2) oversee all installation Child and Youth Programs (CYPs). Administration includes the direction and operation of a medium CDC (101-199 children). Responsibilities Program Management Applies professional knowledge of child development principles to supervise the CDC's developmental programming. Ensures implementation of a developmentally appropriate program that promotes the social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth of children in the age categories served.
