Training & Pay:

• Training Period: 2 weeks of hands-on training to operate mini-buses and motor coaches, customized to each employee’s needs.

Training Pay:

• $20/hour during the training period.

Post-Training Pay:

• After training, drivers earn $22/hour  Performance Bonuses: Driver safety bonuses available quarterly at $0.50 per hour worked.
