Job Description
This role will support CDM Coordinators and the HSEQ account team by providing robust administrative and compliance support in line with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, ensuring safety-first delivery across a complex, multi-site portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CDM and health & safety documentation, including Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans and final Health & Safety Files. Submit statutory notifications (F10) to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and manage associated records. Provide administrative support to CDM services, including scheduling meetings, maintaining CDM trackers and coordinating project communications.
