Opportunity Description
The Health and Safety Partnership Limited is seeking a CDM Manager / Principal Designer to join its architectural practice. This role involves delivering CDM and Principal Designer services for various office and residential developments, including mid- to high-rise projects.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience under CDM 2015 Regulations. A salary of £60,000-£70,000 plus benefits is offered.
