Map as‑is/to‑be processes; identify gaps and impacts
Coordinate with professional team for demands/enhancements delivery
Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.
Coordination for post go-live issue fixing and validation
Get feedback from market stakeholder for benefits.
Problem Management
Monitor the trend of incident tickets and service request tickets, identify opportunity to deduct the number of tickets by problem resolution;
Coordinate with professional team for problem resolution
Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.
Supporting Market Projects:
Coordinate from POS side with market project team;
