The Cellar Supervisor is a hands‑on leader responsible for overseeing Harvest and Cellar operations at the Grimsby Winery under the direction of the Ontario Operations Manager. The role focuses on operational excellence, maximizing productivity, enforcing best‑in‑class procedures, and maintaining a strong culture of safety and accountability. This is a full‑time contract role beginning June 2026 and ending December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of Cellar & Harvest employees, ensuring accurate and timely completion of winemaking and sanitation work tickets.
