**Job Description:**

This mid-level leadership role heads the company’s internal “marketing agency” (Center of Excellence) for North America. This Manager will lead a team of marketing professionals across creative, digital, campaign management, and media – executing high-volume marketing programs for internal stakeholders and partners.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Overseeing end-to-end campaign production - digital, creative and content execution
+ Ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
+ Driving operational efficiency through standardized workflows, capacity planning, and continuous process improvements
