Central Asia and Eastern Europe Growth Lead

We’re looking for a Manager to lead Growth and Partnerships for our Central Asia and Eastern Europe corridor, targeting diaspora communities in key send markets including the UAE, EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia.

You’ll own the full growth strategy and execution—from customer acquisition and partnerships to brand building and customer insights. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things in the Central Asia and Eastern Europe region, building trust within the diaspora, running campaigns, managing local ambassadors and influencers, and ensuring an outstanding user experience.

You’ll spearhead our business development and partnership efforts in the Central Asia and Eastern Europe region to shortlist, select, and execute partnerships from A to Z with prominent local banks and partners.
