CEO, Digital Insurer & Takaful Operator (DITO)

We are building a digital takaful operator from scratch - from BNM application, regulatory approval and operational readiness to product launch and scale.

This is not a traditional insurance CEO role. We need a hands‑on builder who can work with regulators, build the founding team, create the operating model, and launch a trusted, compliant, digitally native takaful business.

Build and lead Malaysia’s first world‑class digital takaful operator from licence application to launch, then scale it into a trusted, profitable and technology‑led financial institution.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the DITO licence application and BNM engagement from submission to operational readiness.
• Own the 7‑year business plan, capital plan, governance model and launch roadmap.
