Key Responsibilities
- Align with the Group’s global strategy, local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks to formulate medium and long‑term regional development strategies and annual business plans. Own full P&L accountability for overseas business operations, consolidate the Group’s leading market position, and drive sustainable growth across the multi‑brand portfolio.
- Establish, restructure and scale the full‑function local management team, covering HR, legal, procurement, branding, public relations and field marketing. Build standardised corporate governance systems, performance appraisal mechanisms and incentive frameworks to develop a high‑performance, fully localised organisational team.
