SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong expertise in Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) for SEC and financial reporting workflows

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis

Experience in Financial Reporting Automation to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

In-depth knowledge of SEC Filing Processes, including 10-K, 10-Q, and other regulatory filings

Skilled in Data Integration and Validation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across reporting systems
