Certified Maintenance Technician HVAC

BeMore Staffing is seeking Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-perm assignment at an apartment community. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. HVAC experience and/or EPA certification is highly desirable. Applicants must have their own tools and reliable transportation. Must have proof if EPA, Type 1, 2, 3, Universal or other certification. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance tasks, including electrical work, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, masonry, and painting Repair and maintain structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors Deliver excellent customer service to clients, residents, and team members Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests Prepare units for new move-ins, ensuring all standards are met Execute annual preventative maintenance programs Perform grounds maintenanc...
