+ Work location: 8230 Walnut Hill Lane, PB3, Suite 220, Dallas, TX 75231
+ Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
+ Travel: 25% to surrounding clinics as needed ( _mileage reimbursement provided_ )
