The Pathfinders Program is a training program designed to equip selected participants with the skills necessary to take and pass the CNA certification exam. Upon completion of training and passing of the certification exam, each participant will have a full-time CNA position awaiting them at St. Mary's Regional Hospital.

About This Role:
This Pathfinders opportunity is for a Float Pool CNA position at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital. Participants will complete their clinical training on a designated unit, then transition to supporting multiple units across the hospital dependent on need after obtaining CNA certification. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy variety, learning different specialties, and building a broad skill set while working with diverse care teams.
