**Description:**

Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)** to support our mission of keeping older adults living safely and independently in their homes and community.

The COTA provides participant‑centered occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, working within the PACE interdisciplinary team to address functional needs of frail elders through clinic‑based, home‑based, and community services.

**Position Purpose**
