Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in New York City. We are looking for a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in an SNF setting

• Assist in implementing treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure patient-centered care

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation

Requirements

• Active New York State COTA license

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• SNF experience preferred
