Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia
Job Details:
* Provide anesthesia care for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures including general surgery, neurosurgical cases, and deep sedation/MAC
* Work under supervision managing adult patients and limited pediatric population
* Flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with no on-call or weekend requirements
* Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff including RNs, surgical technologists, and anesthesia technicians
* Provide preoperative assessments and patient education
* Administer anesthetics safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
* Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
* Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with the healthcare team
* Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMR
