SETTING: ACUTE CARHOSPITAL
TERM: ONGOING
SHIFT SCHEDULE: VARIES (12 HOUR SHIFTS) 3 WEEKEND SHIFTS PER MONTH
PAY RATE: $225-$230/HOUR
A hospital in Orange, CA, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide coverage for a variety of Trauma level 1 surgical cases, including General, Orthopedic, and Gynecology. No cardiac cases, obstetrics, and no expected pediatrics.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST (CRNA):
- Conduct pre-anesthesia patient assessments.
- Educate patients and families on anesthesia and post-procedure recovery.
- Administer anesthesia through various methods (injection, inhalation, or oral medication).
- Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthesia as needed.
- Ensure patient safety during anesthesia recovery.
