Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist - Vance AFB, OK

Will coach Federal government/military personnel to implement productive physical conditioning programs specifically designed in alignment with job requirements to enhance their physical performance, promote wellness, and reduce injury risk. Collaborates with medical, athletic training, and leadership teams to support recovery, conditioning, and overall wellness. Will report participant's new or undiagnosed medical conditions to higher levels of medical care as required.
+ Designs and delivers individualized strength and conditioning programs to optimize physical performance and to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury. (50%)
+ Conducts individual and group assessments to include observation, data collection, interviews, and consultations with organizational leaders to customize programs for optimizing and sustaining high levels of performance. (20%)
