Certified Touch Up Rework Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Certified Touch Up/Rework Operator to join their team. As a Certified Touch Up/Rework Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $26-$27.00/hr

**Shift:** Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) OR Swing Shift (2:30 PM-11:00 PM)

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform hand soldering and touch-up rework for SMT & Through-hole components and jumper wires, following IPC-A-610 standards.
+ Conduct rework based on ECO, process deviation, and MPI instructions using appropriate solder/flux types (Leaded/Lead-Free, no clean process).
