Isleño Island Homes buys, refurbishes, and sells ready‑to‑move‑in flats for remote entrepreneurs. We are emerging from our start‑up firefighting phase and are now building the scalable playbook to hit 20 locations. We are replacing chaos with a real financial system. Multi‑entity (Spanish SLs, patrimonial holdco, multi‑bank mortgages, German LP capital).

• Odoo 18 Enterprise mid‑implementation, with key modules still to be finalized.
• Debt stack live but fragmented. Multi‑bank mortgages on Odoo, 18+ partner loans flowing in via custom automation. Two patterns, no unified monthly close yet.
