1. Financial Strategy & Growth

• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, margins, and profitability across product lines.
• Evaluate expansion, capex, new business opportunities, and scenario planning.

2. Capital Management & Fundraising

• Drive equity and debt fundraising initiatives, including structured finance and project financing.
• Build and manage relationships with investors, banks, PE funds, and financial institutions.
• Optimize capital structure, cost of funds, and liquidity.
• Ensure strong cash flow and working capital discipline.

3. Governance, Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure accurate financial reporting as per IND-AS / IFRS and regulatory requirements.
