With a strong operational platform already in place, the business is preparing for an ambitious expansion strategy driven by both organic roll-out and acquisitive growth. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of the journey. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and operationally hands-on CFO with a proven track record in PE-backed or leveraged environments. Experience within multi-site, roll-out, consumer, healthcare, education, retail or leisure sectors would be highly advantageous, particularly where growth through M&A has formed part of the value creation strategy.
