CFO PE Backed SaaS Business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business now entering a new phase of scale and value creation.

The business is seeking a strategic CFO to partner with the CEO and SLT, providing financial leadership, commercial insight, and robust decision support. This role will take full ownership of the finance function, with responsibility for performance reporting, forecasting, cash management, and lender reporting, including covenant compliance.

The CFO will play a central role in strengthening the financial infrastructure of the business enhancing controls, improving reporting accuracy and visibility, and ensuring the finance function is structured to support continued growth.
