Change and Release Manager

Reports to the Senior Manager of IT Operations and Resilience. Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of changes and releases within the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization’s change management process and release management strategies.
• Review and assess proposed changes to determine potential impact on systems, processes, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate change review meetings and maintain accurate records of all changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure changes are evaluated, approved, and scheduled in alignment with business objectives and IT priorities.
