The Change Communications Lead is responsible for shaping and delivering the communications strategy for major change and transformation programmes at Linklaters. Reporting into the Head of People Communications, the role provides senior‑level counsel on messaging, engagement and stakeholder management to ensure clarity and confidence during organisational change. The candidate will translate complex business transformation topics into accessible, impactful messaging that supports adoption and aligns with the firm’s values and strategic objectives.
