Opportunity Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Change Manager with 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
The role will focus on leading organizational change, driving adoption, and ensuring business readiness for enterprise ERP initiatives, with experience in platforms such as Oracle and SAP forming part of the overall ERP background.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives for large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Define and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with business, IT, and operational objectives
- Conduct detailed change impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessments for ERP-driven process and organizational changes
