Change Management Consultant

RGP is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support clients through large-scale ERP and technology-driven transformations, including SAP, Oracle, and Workday environments. In this role, you will guide organizations through complex change by focusing on the people, process, and systems impacts that accompany enterprise-wide initiatives.

+ Lead organizational change management efforts across major ERP and technology transformation programs.
+ Develop OCM milestones and dependencies, and align on the operating cadence with the squad/project team.
+ Create the vision for change, identify key stakeholders, and develop a high-level stakeholder engagement plan.
