Change Management Consultant (ERP)

**ERP Change Management Consultant (Contract)**

**Location:** San Jose, CA (On-site, NOT A REMOTE ROLE)
**Duration:** 4 Months with possible extension
**Client:** Bloom Energy (via Adecco)

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support the rollout of a new ERP system
+ Create and distribute clear project communications and updates
+ Coordinate employee training and track completion
+ Monitor progress across training, tasks, and readiness activities
+ Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams
+ Maintain organized project documentation and trackers
+ Provide support during system go-live and early stabilization

**Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of experience with ERP or system implementations
+ Experience supporting change management, training, or communications efforts
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
