Change Management / PMO Country Lead

Key Responsibilities
.Standard CM design validation / enhancement and deployment (change impact validation, stakeholder analysis / validation, enabling client change network, communications, training, change adoption), with strong partnership with in-country client Change Lead.

.The individual is also expected to handle PMO activities related to testing (primarily).

.Reports into Group Change Management Lead, with accountability into client Change or PMO counterparts.

Key Requirements

.Organizational change management experience – can be project-based or BAU

.Experience in project management or PMO experience in a client-facing capacity

.Demonstrable ability to thrive in a matrixed reporting environment

.Demonstrable ability to engage with senior stakeholders in-country and work independently and provide timely report to leadership / project team
