Position overview
the position defines the structure of the configuration management system including responsibility for ensuring that configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support other service management processes. Supports all other departments as the records management expert, managing and maintaining all engineering network files (e.g., procedures, work instructions, general metrics, etc.).
Essential functions
- works with management and the change control team to define, maintain and uphold documentation of policy and standards.
