Opportunity Description
4-6 years of experience in Change Management / IT Service Management. Experience in end-to-end change lifecycle management in a structured environment. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience in risk assessment, governance, and audit compliance within change processes. Exposure to CI/CD environments and DevOps practices. Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
