Channel Compliance Lead

Job Responsibilities

1、Analyse compliance requirements of policies and rules by payment channel partners, review whether XTransfer products and internal processes meets regulatory compliance requirements, Anti Money Laundering requirements, and the company's internal control and operational risks and other risk prevention requirements before the launch;

2、Demonstrate a deep understanding of the XTransfer product and local regulatory and financial crime requirements to support business and operational teams on how to interpret regulatory requirements, improve processes and our product to avoid compliance breaches and/or incidents;

3、Review the main products and new channels that have been released according to the above perspectives;

4、Oversee requirements of channel partners such as banks and payment institutions, extract our compliance obligations, work with compliance officers, compliance operations and strategy teams to convert them into channel and pro...
