Responsibilities
- The Channel Development Specialist is responsible for driving revenue, distribution, profitability, and execution targets by managing and developing distributor capabilities.
- Expand and optimize distribution by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring product availability.
- Acquire new accounts and manage existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Execute route-to-market and trade programs across channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets.
- Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and processes.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth business relationships.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
