Role Summary:
The Channel Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and maximizing the performance of all accredited Institutional Trust Agents of ATRAM Trust. The role ensures sustained business growth by driving sales performance, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring full compliance with ATRAM’s policies, service standards, and regulatory expectations. This position also develops capability‑building initiatives, executes channel‑focused projects, and enhances partner engagement to secure operational excellence and deliver superior client outcomes across the distribution network.
