Chargeback Analyst

Role Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented Chargebacks, Credits & Rebates Coordinator to support contract administration, pricing management, chargeback processing, rebate reconciliation, and financial analysis within a pharmaceutical distribution environment. This role is responsible for maintaining customer and vendor contract terms, validating pricing and eligibility requirements, processing manufacturer chargebacks, and ensuring accurate reimbursement and credit recovery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with manufacturers, vendors, customers, sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve pricing discrepancies, investigate short pays, reconcile rebates and credits, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
