Street Scene is a high-profile service responsible for delivering the Council’s ‘Cleaner, Greener’ commitments and providing a high-quality living environment for the citizens of Doncaster. The Council’s commitment to this programme has seen significant investment into our tree management programme and Tree Team in recent years.

Trees play an especially important role in enhancing the quality of life across the borough by, amongst other things, improving air quality by acting as natural air filters removing dust, smoke and fumes from the atmosphere, removing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen.
