As a Chargehand in GAP's Plant & Tool Division, you'll be at the heart of our workshop operations, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards and ready for hire when our customers need it.
From diagnosing faults to coordinating your team, you'll play a key role in keeping plant and tool equipment available, safe, and compliant across a wide range of customer projects in construction, utilities, and infrastructure.
What You'll be Doing
• Diagnosing faults and repairing/maintaining small plant and tools both in the workshop and on-site
• Organising and allocating workload across the workshop team, ensuring all site calls (including out-of-hours) are covered
