Opportunity Description
Sunreef Yachts Charter is expanding and seeking a motivated, highly organised, and detail-oriented Charter Retail Assistant to support our Retail Charter Broker and contribute to the continued growth of our global charter operations.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong administrative capabilities and a genuine interest in the luxury yachting environment.
You will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting contract preparation, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the charter booking lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client enquiries received through the company website, Yachtfolio, brokers, email, and digital platforms
- Qualify leads and coordinate closely with the Retail Charter Broker
- Assist in preparing charter offers, tailored proposals, and bespoke itineraries
