Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in real estate and infrastructure finance. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, compliance, project accounting, and reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance & accounting for real estate/infrastructure projects


• Handle project-based accounting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking


• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and cash flow models


• Generate MIS reports for management and investors


• Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements


• Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits and ensure timely closure


• Oversee GST filings, income tax returns, and tax planning activities
