Role: Chartered Surveyor – Commercial Property (Valuation & Professional Services)
Location: Bedfordshire / Milton Keynes (Hybrid flexibility)
Salary: Competitive market rate (typically £60,000 – £80,000+ depending on experience and billing capability) or consultancy / fee-share arrangement
Qualification: MRICS / FRICS required
Experience: Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience
