Opportunity Description
We’re looking for a Chatbot Specialist to join Telia on a temporary parental leave replacement. This role focuses on maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our chatbot to drive e‑commerce sales and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the daily operations of the chatbot, ensuring its continuity and performance.
- Monitor daily performance, logic flows, and technical operational stability to secure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze customer journeys, review feedback, and identify technical errors or areas for improvement.
- Develop and support stakeholder collaboration, managing and updating digital content according to conversational design guidelines.
- Consult closely with digital sales, marketing, and customer care teams to translate user insights into clear optimization steps.
- Proactively identify and prioritize high‑impact issues and manage your own daily tasks independently.
