What you’ll do
- Take ownership of daily operations for the chatbot, ensuring continuity, monitoring performance, and analyzing customer journeys to optimize the digital experience.
- Develop and support stakeholder collaboration, managing and updating digital content in line with conversational design guidelines.
- Create comprehensive reviews of customer feedback and analyze digital journeys to proactively identify technical errors or areas for improvement.
- Consult and collaborate closely with digital sales, marketing, and customer care teams to translate user insights into clear optimization steps.
- Monitor the daily performance, logic flows, and technical operational stability of the chatbot interface to secure a seamless customer experience.
