Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, prepare, and cook a wide variety of dishes to the highest quality standards
2. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations
3. Manage food preparation, portioning, and presentation in line with menu specifications
4. Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in compliance with relevant regulations
