ANCIENT CUISINE LIMITED located in Newmarket, Auckland, is looking for two full-time CHEFS to join our team. As a CHEF, you will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week on a roster. You will be responsible for:

- Inspect equipment cleanliness and operational readiness before production to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including staff selection and training.
- Estimate and calculate food and labour costs and set menu prices.
- Monitor food trends and assist in planning and updating the menu.
- Perform tasks such as kneading, fermenting, cutting, moulding, mixing, and shaping dough.
- Supervise and ensure the cleaning and sanitisation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Work closely with managers, kitchen staff, and service staff on food preparation tasks, including dough making, marinating, and other related duties.
