Role Requirements
- Background in French Fine Dining restaurants at Michelin-level.
- Proven experience working in Michelin-starred establishments.
- Currently holding or previously held a Senior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse multicultural brigade.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in execution.
- Highly creative with a modern approach to French cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of classical French techniques, sauces and presentation.
- Experience in menu development, costing and seasonal menu planning.
- Ability to maintain highest standards of hygiene, quality control and kitchen organization.
